March 21st is World Down Syndrome Day. Since 2012, The United Nations observe this day to educate people about the genetic condition, and how those with down syndrome are vital to our community.

To mark the day Rebecca Charles wanted to record a video with her support group, Moms who also have children with Down syndrome.

Rebecca says  “We wanted everyone to see it. The idea is we are just normal mums, we love our kids, they love us, and they are just like other four-year-olds. We wouldn’t change them.”

It’s a take on the popular viral segment Carpool karaoke. Done to the song “A Thousand Years” by Christina Perri.

James Corden known for the popular segment on the “Late Late Show” commented on the video.

A beautiful story with a beautiful message.
